I. PUPIL DEVELOPMENT

1. Coaches and athletes of winning team attended Zonal Athletic Meet at Candelaria Zambales on October
11-12, 2016.
2. Distribution of Report Card was held on October 7 at 2:00 pm.
3. DSPC was held at Iba Central Elementary School, Iba Zambales on October 18-19, 2016.

II. STAFF DEVELOPMENT

School Based-Management Validation was held on the first day of October headed by Madam Anabel
Mendi, Mr. Deomedes Eclarino, Madam Isabelita Mara and Mr. Guillermo Mantes.
October 5 is World Teachers Day. It was celebrated by a short program organized by the General PTA
Officers followed by a snacks and picture taking.
Madam EDNA E. NERONA conducted a Teachers Meeting on October 6 at her office.
MANCOM was held at Iba, Zambales on October 13 at 1:00 pm.
Madam EDNA E. NERONA attended School Head Development Program at Hacienda Gracia, Pampanga
on October 16- November 13, 2016.
Search for Regional Outstanding Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel, District Level was held at
District Office on October 18, 2:00 pm. MARISSA M. ORLANDA was chosen as nominee for the Search
for Outstanding Teaching Personnel, Division Level.
Mrs. JOPHEN C. ACHIVAR attended ICT Training of Trainers at Subic Bay Travelers Hotel & Event Center
on October 26-27, 2016
MPRE was held on October 24-28, 2016. Teachers conducted LAC sessions in making instructional
materials using localized materials order to improved teaching techniques and strategies of teachers.

III. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

1. Instructional materials for different learning areas using localized materials like Big Books and
Strategic Intervention Materials (SIM) were all constructed by all teachers.
2. Teachers used Daily Lesson Log as DepEd Order No. 70, s. 2012.
3. Grade V Curriculum Guide, Learners Material and Teachers Guide was downloaded and filed by the
Grade V teachers.
 IV. PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT

1. Maintain cleanliness on the designated part for ground improvement.

2. Gulayan sa Paaralan was also implemented and evaluated on October 1, 2016.

V. COMMUNITY EXTENSION DEVELOPMENT

1. Teachers conducted homeroom PTA Meeting to inform the parents about the grading system, problems
about discipline, absences and reading ability of their child.
2. Feeding program is continuously undertaken with the support and cooperation of the parents.
