The idea of incorporating ICT into classroom assessments as a part of the learning process has
become increasingly essential over the past several years. Teaching with such assessments
results in improved learning outcomes for students and maintains a more developed.
A. A totally new concept: Transitioning from an DLP to DLL is brand new to me since we are

say and enhance the techniques I had been using ever since I started teaching. using a range of
methods and approaches to help students achieve better.

Topic: Code of ethics for professional teachers

Insights or Realizations
Being a teacher is a very rewarding profession, as it has played a significant role in my
professional development.
A. A totally new concept: As a new teacher this is very timely so that I can be familiar with what a
professional teacher is.
B. A familiar concept but learned something new: We were able to learn duties and
responsibilities of a professional teacher.

Next Course of Action

Following the conference, SHS teachers are encouraged to reflect on their failures and strive
to learn from them in order to improve the next division activity. Each person was very competitive,
which was impressive to witness. All of those undiscovered skills are being valued and displayed. It
serves as the capstone exercise for TVL students and students in all other strands. The guiding
principle for the upcoming generation of learners is improving in accordance to what a professional
teacher is.

Topic: How to identify struggling students in the F2F classes/ensuring positive classroom
environment despite challenges and disruptions.
Insights or Realizations
It's a lot of work to be given a task that must be completed, but it's also a lot of work to be given
a project to work on, but I won't give up.
A. A totally new concept: I've never know how to design a project, yet here I am, picked to
collaborate closely with my colleagues who will be emphasizing improving learners' capacities.
B. A familiar concept but learned something new: We were able to identify the challenges and
disruptions that require more research and improvement based on the findings we found. The
majority of the topics were technical and vocational in nature. 5 to 10 percent of students
reported struggling with their studies. From there, we were able to create a detailed plan to assist
them in adjusting to the learning process. Before beginning the actual course, learners will first
complete four weeks of enhancement sessions and a minimum 5-minute lesson review. They will
then receive a second set of evaluations, which will serve as their post-test.

Next Course of Action

From the data gathered, we can determine what measures we can make. If, by chance,
learners are still having difficulty understanding the subject, they will be given another set of
enhancement programs. But as the results came in, we were able to gather information indicating
that the project succeeded.
