1. The best part of the session (i.e. what went well):


The speaker presented the things to remember and need our attention.
A. Attendance - members should inform and seek permission to Mrs. Morales if in case
you are absent or going to absent.
B. RPMS Cycle for Teachers and RPMS – PPST Tools– this was presented through a
powerpoint presentation presented by Maam Morales and MaamBugas. Many suggestions
and recommendations were raised during the presentation. In the end, the teachers
collaborate ideas to make effective and meaningful.
C. Research - the speaker encouraged the TLAC members to do research and seek advice
or guidance to research experts in the group.
D. Calendar of activities - the speaker reminded the group to be ready for the
submission of grades and other related documents that are needed to realize.
E. Classroom observation - the speaker presented an example of lesson plan for CO1. It
The speaker also encourage the TLAC members to do research - basic or action and seek
guidance to the research experts in the group. The speaker also shared her learning
resources like the slide presentation, techniques in engaging students, and in assessing
student’s learning through various activities.
The following comments are highlighted in the LAC Session:
1. The speaker/facilitator maximized the conduct of the topics.
2. The speaker/ facilitator uses contextualized knowledge and activity in integrating and
conducting the lesson.
3. Other LAC Members also commented on the two facilitators with their way of
delivering the lesson during their classroom observations.

2. Problems or challenges encountered and how they were resolved:


The problems encountered include the availability of resources such as learning materials
just to equip students’ needs in facilitating lessons, readiness of the student in terms of
participating in the classroom. Though these instances are inevitable, the class continues,
and learners get involved in the learning processes.

3. Other topics discussed apart from the recommended topics, if any:


It was also mentioned about the reading activity for each advisory and submit the necessary
data for teh reading activity. We were also reminded for the class observations to be done,
make sure that there is congruency of competencies to the activities and do the necessary
things and approach the right person for the class observation.

4. Recommendations/Plans for next LAC session:


A plan for the next LAC session is to have another opportunity to invite a resource speaker
to learn more techniques.
