TEACHER’S REFLECTION/INSIGHT FOR LAC TOPIC

TITLE: LAC SESSION ON CRAFTING 4A’s LESSON PLAN

DATE : August 26, 2022

SPEAKER : Rio Isabel F. Langit

The Learning Action Cell session on crafting 4A's lesson plans was a transformative experience
that left me inspired and equipped with valuable insights to enhance my instructional practices. As
I reflect on the session, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to learn from experts in the
field and engage in meaningful discussions with fellow educators.

Engaging in discussions with fellow educators during the session was invaluable. Hearing their
experiences, perspectives, and innovative ideas broadened my horizons and encouraged me to
think outside the box. The exchange of insights and challenges enabled me to gain a deeper
understanding of the intricacies involved in crafting effective 4A's lesson plans.

The highlight of the session was undoubtedly the workshop segment. Guided by Rio Isabel F.
Langit, we had the opportunity to apply the concepts and strategies discussed. Collaborating with
other educators, I experienced the power of collective creativity as we brainstormed and
developed our own 4A's lesson plans. The workshop fostered a sense of camaraderie and
provided constructive feedback, allowing us to refine our plans and envision their implementation
in our classrooms.

As I reflect on this Learning Action Cell session, I am grateful for the knowledge shared, the
connections made, and the inspiration gained. I am excited to implement the principles and
strategies of the 4A's framework in my lesson planning, knowing that it will enable me to create
engaging, student-centered learning experiences. The session has reinforced my belief that
intentional planning is key to fostering deep understanding and maximizing student success.

Moving forward, I am committed to continuously refining my lesson plans, aligning them with the
4A's framework, and reflecting on their effectiveness. I am eager to share my experiences,
challenges, and successes with my colleagues in future sessions, as I firmly believe that
collective growth and collaboration are crucial for continuous improvement.

In conclusion, this Learning Action Cell session on crafting 4A's lesson plans has been a pivotal
moment in my professional development. It has instilled in me a renewed sense of purpose and
provided me with the tools to create meaningful and impactful learning experiences for my
students. I am excited to embark on this journey of crafting 4A's lesson plans and nurturing a
dynamic and engaging learning environment in my classroom.
