In case the concerned staff members fail to report to the new department of posing by 10:00 AM on the above mentioned transfer date, disciplinary proceedings will be
initiated against such staff members.
Before proceeding for new place of posting, the necessary formalities of handing over/taking over should be completed. Concerned staff is to obtain no due certificate from the present
department. The copies of the handing over/taking over and no due certificate should be submitted in the office of the Human Resource for information. Administrative Office to
report the joining of above staff members through e-mail by 08 Sep 2020 to Mr. Roshan lal, Senior Officer, Human Resource Department at roshan.lal@lpu.co.in
NOTE:- Before proceeding to your new department, please ensure that no inventory item is pending in your account.
FOR Administrative Office:- Before no dues clearance by you, Please check that staff member has deposited back all the inventory item issued to him/her and nothing is
outstanding.
