MINUTES OF THE MEETING

At exactly 10:00 AM, we started the Kamustahan with my parents via Google Meet. There are 18
parents who attended the virtual kamustahan.
We proceed to the meeting proper which I discussed to them the administering of first summative test
and for the succeeding summative tests for the second quarter. I also discussed the components of the
summative test and how important it is in computing learner’s grades. I told them to let their children the one
who will answer the summative test as well as in answering the modules.
We also tackled in our meeting the problem / concern encountered like having trouble in answering the
modules, some parents have no time to assist their children in answering their modules and summative tests. I
told them about the use of our group chat to help them in assisting their chldren in answering their modules. I
also suggest having our online class via Google Meet atleast twice a month for them not to spend much in their
load. And they all agreed about it.
Lastly, I reminded them on the date and day of distribution and retrieval of modules. I also reminded
them on the safety protocols like wearing of face mask and face shield in getting and submitting their modules.
A little interuption was also encountered during our Kamustahan due to poor internet connection.
Certainly, our Kamustahan with parents was effectively finished with the cooperation of everybody.
After our Kamustahan, we proceed on our online class with my Grade 6 learners.
