MONTHLY ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
For the Month of JANUARY
S.Y. 2021-2022
I I- Introduction

The school is an institution responsible in molding the youth to become a good members
of the society. This is where learners are crafted into a better person who will be an example
of the kind of learning center where they were raised. The most concern of school demands
working with others to accomplish designed tasks and objectives. These would need dedicated
school personnel, cooperative parents, supportive community and innovative learners.

To be “School of Excellence” is the prime goal of Igot National High School. In sustaining
quality education in our school, teachers and different stakeholders joined hand in hand together to
achieve our objectives.

To be able to realize the objectives of the school, the Senior High School Department
conducted various activities performed by the students and school personnel.

This report shows the school accomplishments for the month of February, S.Y. 2021-2022,
which consist twenty (21) day number of classes.

II- Accomplishment by KRA

A. KRA 1 CONTENT KNOWLEDGE AND PEDAGOGY
Prepared learning activity sheets and printed module
All teachers prepared and facilitated the distribution of modules

C.KRA 3. CURRICULUM AND PLANNING

Only one teacher in MAKABAYAN attended the
group meeting by subject area for the Pagduawa 2021

All teachers checked and recorded the retrieved modules

All teachers attended and participated in the Flay Ceremony on

 III. IMPROVING THE EFFECTIVENESS
A. Adjusting to the New Normal
With the current pandemic situation in the Philippines, it was still emphasized by the
Department of Education that education must continue. With the help of everyone, modular
distance learning has been proven to be helpful especially that teachers are now allowed to
monitor their learners at home

IV. ENHANCING QUALITY OF DELIVERING BASIC

EDUCATION
All teachers were require to report to school. They were tasked to make learning activity
sheets print available modules and monitor students thru online.

V. PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED AND SOLUTIONS MADE

The problem encountered are the shortage of school supplies. The learners are find difficult
in accessing the internet.

VI. FUTURE DIRECTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

It is a necessity that all teachers have access to the internet thus Deped must support
their endeavors especially financial.
