Issues and Challenges ( relative to…) Resolution (s)

1. Parent-Teacher-Adviser Conference and
feedback giving

Each class conducted a conference with Sent letters to those who did not attend
the parents to talk on learners’ performance for a meeting
and progress. However, some parents were in
a hurry and others did not attend because they
gave priority to their children who are
already in high school. Portfolio Day in
Elementary and High should not be
conducted simultaneously so that parents
with children in elementary and high school
can attend both activities.

2.Exhibit/display of learners outputs and

performances

There were no issues and challenges in

these aspects since all teachers in school were
able to exhibit/display their learners outputs.
3.Distribution of learner’s progress
report/cards

All teachers were able to distribute and

let the parents signed the report cards of
their son/daughter.
4.School General PTA Meeting Coordinated with the Barangay Chairman to
avoid conflict of schedules.
 A school General PTA meeting was
conducted and attended by 45 parents. Not
all parents attended the GPTA Meeting
because of the conflict of Barangay
Bayanihan.
5. Over all Conduct of the Activity
The conduct of the First Portfolio Day
was a success. All the activities stipulated in
Division Memo No 493 s 2019 were done.
Issues and concerns were already resolved.
