Description: SLUMBER PARTY 2020

Objectives: The following were the specific objectives of the conduct of the activity:

a. To assess kindergarten pupils on the 7 domains they are expected to

possess as 5 year old children.
b. To enhance their capabilities on their daily routine and therefore face
each day with competence.

Preliminaries Setting up of the venue.

Provide the needed materials like biscuits, handwashing materials like soap,
water and towel, Television and speaker, Big Book and Games.

Design and The Slumber Party started at 8:00 o’ clock in the morning of February 7, 2020
Methodology of the participated by the Kindergarten pupils, 8 males and 10 females respectively.
Event

Management and The said activity was managed by the Kindergarten Teacher with the help of
Monitoring the school head Mrs. Lorna C. Ogawa. It was then monitored by the District
Strategies Kindergarten Coordinator, Mrs. Eladia H. Pandong.

Logistical/Arrangement The Slumber Party was organized by the Kindergarten Teacher together with
the help of the Teachers of Bantian. With the support of the Principal, Mrs.
Lorna C. Ogawa by providing materials needed, the activity was successfully
done.

RESULTS

Output/s Children were able to know the proper handwashing, proper dressing up and taking
off of dresses, toothbrushing and what to do before and after bed time.

Innovations/ Conduct workshop in creating poster making design.

Initiatives Create poster making design.
Participants Active participation of the kindergarten pupils were observed. A lot of enjoyment
Feedback were visible to their faces because of so many activities conducted.

Issues and Some pupils did not bring the required materials needed from them like sleeping
Challenges mats and blankets, as a result one of the competency was not realized like folding
their own beddings.

Interventions Parents should be more participative to the different activities of the school so that
Implemented their children’s welfare would not be sacrificed.

New Planned Updates for the said activity should be announce to the parents beforehand.
Strategies for Next As much as possible parents should have a 100% attendance every meeting so that
Conduct their children will not be left behind.
