RE: Complaint about Missing Examination Grade on Moodle

Dear Mr. Johnson

On May 2, 2021 I did Communication 1 who wrote all semester two examinations and uploaded
them to Moodle. For each examination, I got confirmation that submission was successfully
uploaded. To date, however, I have not received a grade for one course. Further, my lecturer
indicated that he did not see a script for me on Moodle.

I am a scholarship student and is on the brink of termination due to the fact that my GPA is
below 3.5 because Moodle is show a failing grade as the system is showing that I did not sit the
examination. At this point I can afford to lose my scholarship as my education depends on it.
Attached is also a copy of the email I received when the examination was submitted.

I look forward to hearing from you by five (5) working days after receiving this letter. I would
like the matter to be resolved as soon as possible as the company awaits my examination report.

Please contact me at the address or feel free to contact me at 876-320-6157.

Yours sincerely
