Learning Area: ICT – ENTREPRENEURSHIP


Learners Need: The learners gets confuse to perform the Mathematical formula
in Microsoft Excel.
Intervention Strategies Provided: The teacher explained to the learners step by
step on how to answer the given activities and provide simple guided activities
to let the learner familiarize and execute the Mathematical formula in Microsoft
Excel.
Intervention Status: The learner is making progress in timely manner and
reached the mastery of the competencies in learning.

ANNOTATIONS: This ILMP reflects how my intervention plans were laid out
for my learners who are lagging. It is evident how I shifted to only two
intervention strategies to various strategies. For the first monitoring period,
there were significant progress recorded and as I continue with the constant
follow-up and online kamustahan, these two learners are now mindful of the
performance's tasks and written outputs that they need to submit on a specified
date in their Weekly Home Learning Plan.

instructions are brief and concise, highlighting the Learning Tasks to be


accomplished and the page where these can be found. Also, I only have selected
one (1) learning task which I think is appropriate to my learners’ level of
understanding and not to bombard them with a lot of tasks to perform in a
single subject. I also made sure that this activity will lead them to the mastery of
the Most Essential Learning Competency. To make sure that my learners are not
pressured with the time and to give them considerations, deadline for
submission was not given.
Attach here also are my Daily Lesson Log which I used during my
Classroom Observation.

ANNOTATIONS: Collaboration is one of the many effective techniques to


boost learners’ understanding of the lesson content and increase class
participation. Through this interactive and collaborative online platforms, I was
able to make sure that equal opportunities were provided to my learners. Some
learners are usually hesitant to open their microphones and voice out their
ideas, so with this collaborative tools they can participate by typing in their
answers which the teacher can see and make timely and appropriate feedback.

PRACTICES

Teaching profession is said to be multi-faceted profession. It is more than just


conducting online and offline discussions with our learners .It is even beyond
what others can imagine that only teachers like I, can give an exact definition.
Being a teacher, I know that it is not enough that I should only possess
qualities, skills and talents to be effective and efficient rather, I must have the
courage, passion and grift to be one and to bring out the best in each of my
learners. Developing these three is not just a piece of cake. This could take so
much time, trainings, workshops and webinars.

As proof of my hard work and dedication, I was able to do and showcase


these outputs which I collected and compiled for the whole year. This did not
only reflect my abilities and skills, but it also served as a reflection of how
much I grew since I started teaching. It also gave me the encouragement to do
even better.

Through this Learning Delivery Modality Course, I was able to do an in-depth


introspection to realize not only my potentials but also my learners ‘. It also
helped me a lot to perform my duties and responsibilities as a teacher with
much emphasis and considerations to my learners. I never had the proper
understanding on how it should be done correctly during this challenging time
until I am done reading and performing the activities and outputs in this course.
With the help of my co teachers as well as our leader, they made it even much
easier to grasp and understand.

ANNOTATIONS: Online kumustahan and continuous open communication with my


learners are some of the effective strategies I used to keep track of my learners and to
know what are the challenges they encounter. I also check and record their submitted
outputs as basis for giving grades. Timely, effective and constructive feedbacks to my
learners highlighting the areas they need to improve on would help my learners cope
with the lesson.
