The individual learning monitoring plan will


be used to monitor learners progress based
on the given intervention activities. Through
ANNOTATION this I am able to monitor my pupils progress
and develop intervention that would help
them understand clearly the topic that they
find hard. In my sample ILMP.I am happy that
this pupil shows significant progress on the
second monitoring schedule.

With the type of instruction we are using in this


new normal, it is a fact that pupils find difficulties in
learning . So to help them cope with the changes they
are facing. I made videos of our lesson that they find
hard to understand by just reading at their module.
ANNOTATION These videos are given to pupils who have android
phones. However, I gave printed materials to pupils
who don’t have cellphones. Furthermore, to fully
understand the side of the learners, I gave time To
conduct home visitation in order to monitor the
learners progress and to know their individual needs as
learners.

Though we are not in face-to-face set-up, I


always make a Performance Tasks where they can
showcase their creativity (drawing, making slogan,
ANNOTATION or composing a letter),skills (dancing, creating a
poem, singing) so they don’t find my lessons
boring. I searched video lesson from DepEd TV and
sent it in our GC as their reference especially if they
don’t get the lesson explained in their modules.

quarter to clearly see the alignment of our

In organizing my assessment. I am posting


the picture of each page of assessment,
corrections, instructions in the GCs/fb group of my
section. I utilized the use of features like topics
(social Learning) in fb group for them to easily see
ANNOTATION whatever I upload. With these they are able to
access it anytime, most especially if they replace
their copy. When it comes to designing and
selection, I only choose the task in module that will
really enhance the skill and develop the
competency of the lesson

Since internet connection is limited

In this new normal even an ordinary


teacher like me is given the opportunity to receive
certificate of Participation from national Training. I
had religiously attended the 40 hour INSET
ANNOTATION conducted on March 15-19 and had given
certificates. Through attending webinars, I have
gain more knowledge that is very useful in the
changes that we are facing now. With this, I am
confident that I am still able to deliver quality
education to my learners.

IMAGE When I first heard and read the artifacts in the
LDM Practicum, I was a little bit confuse. My question
is, where will I get these artifacts? But through reading
all over the course , I soon realize that it is not hard .
Most especially if you have documented all the
required artifacts. As I begin to made this , I see the
progress of my students, myself and I cant help to
think and look back how this school year began. And I
said to myself Look, how far I went and how good I
become . Seeing these artifacts sparks a joy in my
heart because I can also see in this the fruits of my
labor for this SY. The fruits of what I sow in my
students and parents. And the fruits of this new
normal.

ANNOTATION Based on my reflection I can see and say that


I learned a lot from this course.

One of the ways to monitor my students


progress is conducting online kumustahan with the
parents/students. During online kumustahan I give
feedback and recommendations to the parents
regarding with their childs academic status . And to
those who were not able to attend, we are
conducting open communication for them. I also
had home visitation for the students who are not
ANNOTATION active in messenger and in any means of
communication. I am also informing the parents
about their incomplete outputs through personal
message . I also provide interactive games as a
review for them ad with all of these method I can
easily monitor my pupils progress
