(GAD) COORDINATOR

DATE: JANUARY 29, 2021

You are hereby designated as DISTRICT GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT

COORDINATOR effective January 2021 to December 2022 with the following functions:

a. provides support to all School GAD Focal Point System Heads in the district
in the preparation and implementation of GAD Plans;
b. collects all School GAD Plan and Budget, and Accomplishment Report from
each school in the district;
c. ensures timely submission of all School GAD Plan and Budget, and
Accomplishment Report in the district to the Division GAD Focal Point
Person;
d. attends division meetings on GAD-related matters and disseminates this to
all School GFPS Heads; and
e. participates in division capacity-building activities on GAD and
consequently, serves as resource person in the district.

This designation is in addition to your duties and responsibilities as School

Head of (Name of School) and does not entail additional remuneration.

Please be guided accordingly.
