1. In the exigency of service and in addition to your function as classroom teacher, you
are hereby designated as LIS/EBEIS Coordinator of (Name of School), (District), this
Division, effective immediately.

2. As such, you are expected to perform the official duties and functions inherent to
the position:
a. Shall issue Learner Information System (LIS) user accounts to all class advisers and
shall give them appropriate access to their specific classes;
b. Shall ensure that the class advisers shall update all required learners’ data for
Beginning of School Year (BOSY)and End of School Year (EOSY) Reports;
c. Shall update and submit all required school data in the LIS/EBEIS;
d. Shall ensure that the basis of the class advisers in enrolling their learners in the LIS
must be the School Form 1 (School Register);
e. Shall see to it that all class advisers had registered all learners in the school;
f. Shall provide technical assistance to class advisers in encoding and updating their
learners in the LIS;
g. Coordinate with the Division LIS/EBEIS Coordinator and Planning Officer III on
matters regarding LIS/EBEIS online submission.

3. This Office Order is enforced until otherwise rescinded or revoked by the

undersigned.
