Annotations
For learners’ better understanding, I made
sure that the instructions are brief and
concise, highlighting the Learning Tasks to
be accomplished and the page where these
can be found. Also, I only have selected
one (1) learning task which I think is
appropriate to my learners’ level of
understanding and not to bombard them
with a lot of tasks to perform in a single
subject. I also made sure that this activity
will lead them to the mastery of the Most
Essential Learning Competency. To make
sure that my learners are not pressured
with the time and to give them
considerations, deadline for submission
was not given.

Collaboration is one of the many effective
techniques to boost learners’ understanding

able to make sure that equal opportunities
were provided to my learners. Some
learners are usually hesitant to open their
microphones and voice out their ideas, so
with this collaborative tools they can
participate by typing in their answers
which the teacher can see and make timely
and appropriate feedback.

“ Life doesn’t always go according to plan. Sometimes heading in a new direction can be
scary until you realize you’re headed toward a new and exciting destination.” Upon
hearing all the reports my school head are passing through, I’m being discourage to all of
it. I think I’m satisfied with my position right now as a classroom teacher. May be I’m not
destined to rule or manage a certain group or a certain school. I’m getting scared of
hearing “You must past this report on this due date, ASAP”. If you do not pass this report

Also, parents notified me if they’ve
already received the modules of their
learners. To help learners and parents get
and return their modules and worksheets
on time, parent leaders were formed and
different kiosks were stationed in different
