1. Write a personal definition of curriculum. Explain the definition

Curriculum is a detailed plan for day to day teaching. It is also a floor plan or blueprint of what is
going to be taught or learned by the students. It contains a set of contents and learning experiences
which can use as a reference to ensure that you're in the right track.Meaning to say Curriculum defines
as the totality of students experiences as a result of their interaction with their peers ,co students and
teachers . We can also call it as a test assessment that used to evaluate their learnings if the students
learned from the units and lessons that teachers taught. Curriculum is also the concept of of the lessons
must student learn and understand. . In other way curriculum defines as an understanding the nature of
knowledge and what subjects or topics are worthwhile. It refers specifically to a planned sequence of
instructions or to a view of students experiences in terms of Educators instructional goals. All in all , I
believe that students are considered as the most influential among the different curriculum.

c.How often does the school evaluate the curriculum?

I think often especially when the curriculum is new. Usually the principal, and
or the superintendent will meet with teachers and department heads at the end of the school year. They do an
intense curriculum review, The students need to be tested as often as a teacher needs to evaluate their
learning for more effective instruction.

d.How does the school evaluate its hidden curriculum?

Hidden curriculum is a product of students schooling. The results of their interaction to
other students, staff, and faculty members. It can be a reference as a side effects of teaching having
both positive and negative effects on students learning. It also to evaluate hidden curriculum.
Teachers should be creative, flexible, and positive in teaching the students in despite of their personal
problems and anxieties in life. The administrator should ensure that the school environment and learning
resources are conducive for teaching and learning. They should figure out ways to combat the hidden
curriculum.

e.What decisions and actions are made after getting the results of the curriculum
evaluation?
Curriculum evaluation is important as it is intended to provide meaningful information
in almost aspect of the curriculum. These information or results of evaluation provide strong bases for all
decisions done about the planning, design, development, and implementation of curriculum. Curriculum
leaders can utilize the results of the evaluation in instituting educational reforms and in finding ways to make
the curriculum more relevant and responsive to the needs of the learner's. After all they come up with
CURRICULUM INNOVATION which is associated to Curriculum Change if the result of evaluation is not good .
The change in the curriculum that is either planned or unplanned. Curriculum innovations which means the
positive changes or improvements that are happening in the in the Education system particularly in the area of
