2. Experience the DepEd School Forms 9 and 10 to familiarize yourself with the DepEd’s grading
and reporting (Will be given separately by the Instructor).
3. Create one paper-and-pencil test for JHS and SHS. (Details will be given separately by the
Instructor).
4. Join the online discussion via KLL LMS (*if possible)
5. Work on your artifacts:
a. Artifact 1: Compile activities/techniques in formative assessment used by your FS
resource teacher
b. Artifact 2: Compile samples of traditional and authentic assessment tasks
c. Artifact 2: Compile samples of scoring and grade computation that students did
