Annotation
As LAC Leader, we need to guide and assist our co-teachers about
the different guidelines we usually do in the form of coaching and
mentoring.
The MOVs presented shows how I, as the LAC Leader, coached and
mentored the teachers in the different DepEd issuances such as DepEd Order
no. 31, s. 2020 and DepEd Order No. 18, S. 2021.

Annotation As LAC Leader we must make sure that we gained knowledge


and meaningful experiences of the things to upgrade and improve
our abilities and weaknesses. This will make us knowledgeable of
the different learning modalities.
We need to make sure that our cup is full of knowledge so that we
can make sure to give appropriate technical assistance to our LAC
members. As what they say we cannot teach what we doesn’t have.

There is abundant research to support the notion that
IMAGE ‘Teachers Play the Critical Role’ in improving learner’s
achievement in school. What teachers do in the classroom
is crucial. In order to maximize teacher competency in four
critical categories: instructional delivery, classroom
management, formative assessment and personal
competencies, we should recommend these competencies
as the core for teacher preparation and for teacher
development.

To further assist/guide the development of competencies of


the teachers in my team, as a Master Teacher/Lac Leader,
we need to develop in them professional practice. Allow
them to reflect on their teaching practice and guide them to
assess their own teaching. Help them establish goals for
professional and instructional development. Maintain
positive professional relationships and work with them to
improve professional and instructional practice.

LDM2 Course is one of the greatest experience and knowledge that


I ever had. Yes, even if it is very challenging to make this a success,
yet this honed a lot of skills and insights that I have now. Also, both
of my Intrapersonal and Interpersonal skills towards my colleague
and the stakeholders were improved. This made me a better leader
who can deal with the challenges that arises in everyday. This
course also widened the horizon of opportunities to teachers like
Annotation me. This experiences and learnings in the new normal gave me the
wisdom, strength and confidence to develop my LDM2 Practicum
Portfolio efficiently and effectively. In this way, I can strongly prove
that I did my best in teaching not only our learners but our co-
teachers and LAC members as well. The MOVs the I presented in
this practicum portfolio will prove my worth as teacher, co-teacher
and LAC Leader.
