Question: practice
Do you feel that this collection of work really reflects your
abilities and what you have achieved this year through LDM course?
IMAGE Why or why not?

The first time I heard about this course, I don’t what to do or how to
start. Some of my colleagues told me about what we need is lot of evidences. I
felt hesitant to do it but when I learned about the guidelines I realized that I
have all necessary materials I needed to attach to this course of LDM.
Through the months that we started this New Normal learning, all
evidences were at hand because we manage to do everything we can teach our
learners in many different ways and approaches.
I learned in LDM course the consistency and persistence in everything
I’ve done. Make me realized how to be careful and organized with my files for
my future references.
I learned that though its very hard especially in modular approach since
there is no face-to-face interaction, I soon adapted myself to the routine works of
group chatting with the parents to tell them what to do from time to time.
Although as a teacher and a parent, I am also busy doing household chores, but
I see to it that I also manage to do my duties and responsibilities as teacher.
All the hard works and the struggles coping with different parents have
paved away because we are now facing the near end of our journey in the first
experimental realm of having modular way of learning.
The experience has taught me to be very patient and compassionate with
the parents, understand their situations during the pandemic. Now we should
congratulate ourselves, the parents and the learners for surpassing the odds of
this era and generation.
This pandemic help us to realize the value of education in everyone’s life.
That no matter how hard the circumstances we still need to focus on thinking as
a 21st century teacher how we are able to touch the lives of our pupils.
Finally, I may say I made it!! We made it!! Education is a must.

All I can say is that we have achieved our goals for school year
ANNOTATION 2020-2021 and we are ready for the upcoming challenges in the field
of education. I have nothing more to say but I am happy, the parents
who passed this pandemic are also happy specially the learners.
