TEACHER I
This school year 2020-2021 brought a lot of changes. One of the major changes in
the country is the new set-up in education. For this, DepEd introduced the LDM
Course. This course provides knowledge to deliver education to learners in this new
normal setting by using Self-Learning Modules.

Teachers reached this far and were able to cope up with the challenges and
demands they are facing in this distance learning situation because of the learning
they gained in LDM Course.

This Practicum Portfolio contains MOV’s that we have used in this school year in
delivering our lessons despite of this pandemic. It contains various artifacts like
WHLP, ILMP, Worksheets, LAS, certificates and even the conversation made with
the parents and learners.

ANNOTATION:
I always contact my pupils and parents for feedbacks and follow-ups. I stop by to ensure
that learning will still continue despite of pandemic. I gave simple reading materials for
me to know their ability to read. I also developed instructional materials like worksheets
with easy examples suited to the level of my learners.

ANNOTATION:
This pandemic brought too much challenges for the pupils to continue their education. To
address the needs of the pupils regarding this problem, I created group chat in order for
them to communicate with me regarding of the lesson that they don’t understand well. I
provided also worksheets that will enhance their learning abilities in solving simple
multiplication.

ANNOTATION:
Though we are not in a face to face set-up, I always make a Performance Tasks where they
can showcase their creativity (drawing, making slogan, composing a sentence), skills
(dancing, creating a poem, rap, singing) so they don’t find my lessons boring.

ANNOTATION:
Learners output should be aligned with learning objectives. In making Class Observation
plans and evaluation must jived to learning objectives.

ANNOTATION:
I made learning activity sheets with simple examples suited to their level. And I asked
their parents to guide their children in answering those worksheets.

I consistently communicate to my learners through txts, calls and chats. I sometimes meet
them via video msngr. I also checked their outputs, summative tests and performance as
the basis in making their grades.

We have a separate GC in our LAC Group, INSET Group and grade level group.
