ANNOTATION
The blended learning modality had been introduced in order to cope up in the new normal set-up.
Parents were worried in regards with this new type of teaching and learning process since all day
long they were at their respective farms. Thus, they don’t have ample time to guide and teach their
children at home. That’s why we are presenting many options on how they can gradually adjust to
these changes.

IN MODALITY, THE READY-TO-PRINT MODULES DOESN’T REALLY
ASSURES THAT LEARNERS CAN UNDERSTAND EASILY THE CONTENTS
PROVIDED. HENCE, EVALUATING THE MODULES IN ITS DISCUSSIONS,
ACTIVITIES AND THE LIKE IS IMPORTANT IN ORDER TO GIVE
ACTIVITIES SUITED TO THE LEVEL AND INTEREST OF THE LEARNERS.

ANNOTATION
No matter HOW good the teaching and learning process, IF the evaluation doesn’t jive to
THE learning objective, definitely the assessment made Wouldn’t be valid and reliable.
Thus, the output should always align with the learning targets. through that we can assess
if our methods used was good or not and what are the possible adjustments to improve for
students’ learning.

ANNOTATION
USING VARIETY OF TECHNOLOGICAL RESOURCES IN THE TEACHING AND
LEARNING PROCESS HAS A GREAT IMPACT. IT CAN MAKE THE EDUCATIONAL
PROCESS MORE CREATIVE, EXCITING AND FUN WHILE LEARNING
ESPECIALLY IN THE TYPE OF CURRENT LEARNING MODALITY. IN ADDITION,
I STILL MADE SUPPLEMENTARY LEARNING MATERIALS AND ACTIVITY
SHEETS THAT HAS TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION LIKE DOWNLOADED
EDUCATIONAL SLIDES AND VIDEOS AND A LOT MORE.

Amidst this global health crisis, we, teachers as one of the front liners, should have
to be flexible that can cope up easily with the changes. Thus, attending every lac
sessions and small TRAININGS in SCHOOL are big help to hone my skills more
and gain new insights to be always ready with the new normal. AND I WILL
ALWAYS SAY YES TO EVER OPPORTUNITIES GIVEN TO ME AS LONG AS

ANNOTATION
SINCE SOME OF THE parents doesn’t have gadgets AND HAS SLOW
OR NO INTERNET CONNECTION, online monitoring isn’t the suitable
ONE. Instead, we did home visitation more often while observing proper
health protocols. This serves as an avenue for us to be updated and aware
of our STUDENT’S progress.

ANNOTATION
The parents have been given a more responsibility in this type of learning
modality. Without their full cooperation and dedication to educate their child,
this will not become fruitful and successful. Portfolio day and home
VISITATION were conducted to communicate with the parents in regards
with child’s achievement, issues and other possible concerns.

good working relationships will make every work enjoyable. Close-knit team is
more productive and advancement is never a solo process. Positive

Parents are the main partners for this new learning set-up and it’s
important for them to know their essential role. Remember that they have
key insights about their child’s strengths and weaknesses. Sometimes they
can provide context to help the child learn.
