REFLECTIVE SUMMARY
In this LDM course that is very new to me, of course it takes me time and effort
to work on it, well because I think it was burden at first, the fact that we have so much
work to do. But later, on the process, I realized it is not hard. Most especially when
you have all the artifacts that is needed in your portfolio. And slowly understand that
this course may do a lot of things in connection of my teaching progress and improvement
as well as in assessing myself in order to provide quality education for the success of my
pupils. It serves as my guide and tool in enhancing my capabilities in achieving my goals
and targets for these year for the benefits of my learners. This course may also help
those aspirants to be promoted from their current position.

In addition of it I am also thankful and proud with these artifacts which I

presented. It is a proof of my labor and accomplishments on what I did. And helps me
determine what more I can give to meet the needs of my pupils. This LDM shows the
implementation and adjustments the teacher made to lessons and maintains good
communication to learners. Teachers and the school came up with new strategies
that will suit with the new normal situation. Each artifacts shows the
implementation that expressed the wisdom and action made by the teacher to
adapt with the current setup. The artifacts served as basis as well as the output
of teacher’s performance within the school year. As we go on to another school
year, adjustment and adaptive response will still be made to fully cope up with the
uncertainty of emergencies that life may throw on us. As teachers that is
adaptive, creative and flexible, we will do our best to fulfill our duties and
responsibilities as a bearer of knowledge to educate learners and develop a well
productive Filipinos.
My reflective summary essay above expressed about my personal experiences on
Annotation: how I go along with this LDM course and how I learned a lot from it.
