Annotation:
Prince Juvern Baroman of Grade 4-Villarino was having learning difficulty in
some subject areas in Quarter 1. He was getting low scores in different activities in
Math. He was also struggling in spelling. He did not also finish the task in MAPEH. I
provided him some learning materials and modified the lessons to his level of
comprehension. I let him do some activities for him to practice. I established also a
constant communication through messenger for the parents support and supervision.
These interventions made a significant progress for Prince to pass the Quarter 1.

Annotation:
One of the things I am considering in preparing my lessons is the
individual differences of my pupils. That is why I am providing different assessment and
instructions for them. I also make sure that I have a review before starting a new lesson.
I also localized my lesson for my pupils to relate and develop nationalism. Lastly, the
most important thing I always bear in mind in preparing, is the alignment of my lessons
and MELC.

Annotation:
Once a week, I meet my pupils through google meet to guide them in
going through their SLMs. I prepared interactive games, slide decks, worksheets and
videos. I also send messages in FB for those pupils who were not able to connect in
google meet. This serve as supplement materials for their learning.
Annotation:
Distance learning is indeed new and hard for all of us. That is why
attending webinars and conducting SLAC/LAC is a need to all of us. With these, we are
honing our skills in teaching and learning new strategies that will help our pupils’
academic status in new normal.

Annotation:
Professional qualities of a teacher must be widened, enhanced and fully
equipped minds with the things she needs to know. Teachers should be ready on how to
embrace all the changes in the New Normal.
I worked well with my colleagues whenever there were different tasks to
accomplish. LAC Sessions, Faculty Meetings, LDM-related LAC chats and In-Service
trainings are given for us teachers to be physically, mentally and emotionally ready. All
these webinars are for learners’ education processes.

Annotation:
These days, during this season of pandemic, School can't deal with face to face
classes. Distance learning modalities are appropriate for the New Normal. The teachers
are truly and religiously work hard to play out their obligations like connecting those
pupils with issue in achieving their presentation of assignments and modules. For MDL
printed modalities , guardians are approached to find and present their modules in
school. For MDL online , guardians are must help their children to be energized and
inspired in answering the modules. Parental contribution in the encouraging learning
measure is significant. Pupils loved their work and cheerful if their parents or guardian
are prepared to help them. Teachers conversed with the guardians through Virtual
Homeroom PTA Meeting, wherein they discussed with the guardians about the
progress of their child.
