INDIVIDUAL LEARNING MONITORING PLAN
3.1 Learner’s gender, needs, strengths, interest, and experience

Annotation
The pictures shown above depicts 2 of my students who weren’t able to grasp
the lessons easily. One thing I did, is to monitor these students by creating other
lessons which they may understand comprehensively. This only shows that
monitoring our students would help us teacher be guided by how we can help those
struggling students. With this, creating individual monitoring plan is a must.

LDM Artifacts: Required
LESSON PLAN – LESSON OUTLINE
3.4 Learners in difficult circumstances
4.1 Planning & Management of teaching learning process

Annotation
Since we are on modular-digital modality, lesson outlines were created to know the
competencies that will be met by the students. Activities should be aligned to the
competencies given and assured that those students met and achieved the given
standards. Though, face-to-face was indeed unachievable this school year, we must
still continue giving quality education that would motivate students to be engaged
on the lessons given.

Annotation
These pictures tell on how teaching-learning process with ICT took place. As
you can see, I updated my students on the Facebook Messenger with the lessons
they needed to answer. We also discussed some part which weren’t vivid for them
to see and even sent some reference that might actually help them understood the
lessons objectively.
Moreover, the Grade 8 teachers conducted the first-ever Afro-Asian Virtual
Festival of Talents 2021 in which I was given the chance to be the master of
ceremony on the momentous event. Every section in the grade 8 year level
participated by sending with what they were good at and made a live stream on
Facebook showcasing their talents that depicts the Afro-Asian culture.
With this, the students were fully engaged with the activity and were able to
use technology to participate on the said event.

LDM Artifacts: Required
CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION IN ANY PD ACTIVITIES
7.3 Professional links with colleagues
7.5 Professional Development goals

Annotation
These two certificates were few of the certificates I received on our Virtual In-
Service Training. The 5 days training made me equipped with what I’m good at and
what I needed to improve. This was also my first training in which I was amazed on
the different speaker especially if the topics were about ICT related. I just realized
that even I loved exploring social medias and technologies, there were skills I
needed to enhance more to be fully equipped as a teacher.

Reflective Summary
7.4 Professional reflection and learning to improve practice
Do you feel that this collection of work really reflects your abilities
and what you have achieved this year through the LDM course? Why or
why not?

To be honest, this collection of work doesn’t really reflect my abilities and

the things that I have achieved this year through this LDM course simply
because, what we wrote as reflections and pasted as our MOVs, can’t
measure one’s ability as a teacher. No amount of any paper works or
documents could testify on the process we took just so we could deliver
quality education despite the pandemic situation we are currently facing.
Thus, the good thing about this LDM course is we could really see the
output we got from the process we made. We can surely say that we made
our part and looked back to the things we did to ensure quality education,
connect students with ICT related lessons and give meaningful teaching-
learning process to our dear students.

MOVS ON ENGAGING LEARNERS FOR THEIR PROGRESS AND ACHIEVEMENT
5.2 Monitoring and Evaluation of Learners Progress and Achievement
5.3 Feedback to improve learning

Annotation
These pictures talk about the progress of my students, how I monitored them from
time-to-time and how I gave compliments to those who received high grades or
made even nice outputs. By this, students will be eager to give their best shots
when they can see that they are guided and facilitated by their teachers. I also
assure students that it’s okay to commit mistakes because we can learn most out
of it.

MOVS ON PROFESSIONAL ENGAGEMENT WITH COLLEAGUES
7.3 Professional links with colleagues

Annotation
The pictures shown about were the engagements I had during our departmental
meeting and LAC Sessions. This just proved that even we were at home we still
managed to do our tasked and implemented the Work-from-home set-up. From
time-to-time, we also keep updates on our English Department GC and Grade 8 year
level GC. We must also assure that this current situation would not hinder us from
teaching and engaging with our co-teachers.

MOVS ON ENGAGING KEY STAKEHOLDERS IN THE TEACHING LEARNING
PROGRESS
5.4 Communication of learner’s need, progress and achievement to key stakeholders
6.2 Engagement of parents and the wider school community in the educative process

Annotation
The pictures depict how the parents were willing to participate and cooperate to
help their students on their teaching-leaning process. As a teacher, we must also
keep our parents updated with their students’ learning progress. The engagement
of the stakeholders gives a wide impact to educative process of the students.
