Reflective Summary
7.4. Professional reflection and learning to improve practice

We teachers are no different with students or other human being, we also have
struggles and difficulty in adapting to the new normal. We deserve to pause and reflect
on the things around us and how are we are doing. Our performance reflects with the
performance of our students. This LDM 2 Practicum Portfolio provides much
appreciation that we are doing the things and the service to our stakeholders.

To me, I should say that my portfolio, mirrors my capacity and capability in

carrying out my mandate as a Teacher that I’m on track with my performance. It is
significant in executing our plan that I am empowered with the technical and
professional aspect of my work through webinars, different group activities and
interactions. So I may improve and address different concerns of my students, co-
workers and the parents or guardians.

In the process of providing and compiling my artifacts in this portfolio, I am

proud of this achievement in spite of what I went through in this time of pandemic, I am
able to adapt in the drastic change of environment. I’ve learned that whatever the
situation I am in, I need to do what should be done, learn from it and look to the beauty
of the situation. We need to be resilient and adaptable in order to deliver and not
compromise the quality of our performance for the future of our students.

Thanks to LDM Course!
