What I Have Learned
A concept paper is an academic writing which aims to provide a summary document of what a project or
research is all about prior to its actual implementation or funding. It also addresses societal problems since
it aims to achieve solutions in a well- planned process.
What important lesson I learned:
-The important lesson that I have learned is how to do concept paper

What I found out:

-I found out that is so many parts of concept paper.

Activity 3: Simulation
Imagine that you are the SK Chairman in your barangay during this time of COVID-19
pandemic. You want to propose a hand washing area to be installed in the local terminal in your
barangay as one of the prescribed protocols. However, your SK funds for this year cannot suffice
the project’s completion. Present a short description of this project to a private institution in
order to obtain funds for this noble cause. Write your answers in your notebook following

I am the SK Chairman of Barangay Tarvet San Rafael, Tarlac City, I am writing to you to present my proposal for
a project. This project aims to help people of the community specifically the SK, visitors and other people coming
in and out at our Barangay Hall. Since, our Barangay do not have this, may I request to help me funded the two
(2) washing lavatory to be use at the washing area of Barangay Hall.

The said lavatory is needed for the washing area located at the left right wing of our Barangay Hall I propose this
project in-order to observe the health protocols set by the health authority more so, to be able to improve health
protocols in the area to avoid and be harmful with COVID 19. I am sure my proposal will be able to give the
solutions to the issue.
