1. Based on the activity, do you think you made the right career decisions? How so?

I can say that I made the right decision because by pursuing this course I may be able to suffice
the needs of my family, financially. Also, we are all aware in the lack of medical equipment in
the country so I want to be a licensed BioMedical Engineer and help our country with that
problem.

2. What did you realize from this activity? What are the hindrances that you identified? Can you
overcome these through your goal motivators? In what way?

You can see above the things that may hinder me from reaching my course and I just realize that
my goal motivators may help me to strive even harder. By applying scholarships and having job,
I may supply my need for my tuition so I need to study well to avoid repeating and having
summer classes.

3. Based on the discussion on the current trends and demands, is your career choice aligned to
what is needed in your region? What do you think is the effect of aligning your career to the
local and global needs to nation building?

Yes, a lot of companies are in need of chemical engineers since there are just few students who
graduates from this course since this is only offered in some regions and certain schools.
Aligning the career on the needs of the nation may help the country lessen the percentage of
brain drain.
