Annotation When the student submitted his output, I observed that


his work did not meet the standards of our lesson so I
decided to conduct a follow monitoring plan and ask him
what are the things that he could not understand so that I
will monitor him about the topic/ activity that he could
not understand. I chat him on his Messenger account and
send some additional activities for back up.

Annotation When the student submitted his output, I observed that

Annotation Our school is conducting an online class once a week,


regardless of the number of attendees and modalities to help
the learners in this difficult times and to monitor their
progress.
Lesson plans were designed in a more comprehensive way so that
students can easily understand the lesson, instructions were modified
and activities were simplified to the level of the students. In the same
manner the expected output was aligned with the learning
competency in which assessments were provided to measure the
required competency

Annotation I always make sure that the module provided by the

Annotation I maximize the usage of messenger for the students to


easily see whatever I upload. With these, they can access
it anytime to download their own copy.
When it comes to designing and selection, I only choose
the activities in the module that will really enhance their
skills to develop mastery of the lesson.

Annotation I developed powerpoint presentation to explain the lesson


stipulated in the modules.I also include video lessons as

Annotation Distance learning is indeed new and hard for all of us.
That is why attending webinars, INSETs, LAC sessions is
a great help to all of us.
Personal and professional development is necessary in this
mode of learning where everybody should be adept with the use
of technology. I always participated in trainings and webinars
to refine my skills.

LDM Course helps us to assess our
strengths and weaknesses. This helps us
to gain knowledge, skills and mindset that
are necessary in this new normal set-up

As I begin to made this, I can’t help to


look back how this school year began. We
have faced a lot of adversities since the
Covid-19 Pandemic arise. To elevate the
quality education, we’ve done so much by
first improving ourselves..

Learning Delivery Modality course


made me realize how important my efforts
in attaining the desired learning goals in
this new normal. It is very challenging to
document all the activities we’ve done
because sometimes it slipped our minds to
capture all the things we do.

It helps us to ensure the quality of


learning that we will provide to our
learner's despite of this pandemic. At first
its difficult, but we need to cope up with
the changes we have in order to survive.
This changes also is an opportunity for us
learn more.

Based on my reflection it shows that I have a challenging


and meaningful experiences in this learning modality.
Annotation
As a teacher we should be familiar with the LDM for us to
know in which we will align it with the MELCs which
appropriate to a particular grade level in terms of
activities.

Annotation I consistently communicate to my learners through texts,


calls and chats. I sometimes meet them via video
messenger. I also checked their outputs, summative tests
and performance as the basis in making their grades.

Annotation We have a separate GC in our LAC Group, INSET Group


and grade level group.

Dissemination of information is easier with these GC’s


and through this, we can share us thoughts and ideas on
a specific topic.

Annotation We have a group chat so I can announce important


matters and to update parents’ what’s going on with the
students.
I conducted meeting with the parents to report to students
progress and development. The online meeting helps
parents keep track on their child's standing in the class.
This simple communication made an impact to the
students because they felt more motivated to study harder

Annotation We have a group chat so I can announce important
