ILMP #2
Annotation The individual learning monitoring plan will be used to monitor learner’s progress based on the given
intervention activities. Through this I am able to monitor my pupil’s progress and develop intervention that
would help them understand clearly the topic that they find hard. In my sample ILMP, I am happy that this
pupil shows significant progress on the second monitoring schedule.
Annotation With the type of instruction we are using in this new normal, it is a fact that pupils find difficulties in learning. So to help them
cope with the changes they are facing, I made videos of our lesson that they find hard to understand by just reading at their
module. These videos are given to pupils who have android phones. However, I gave printed materials to pupils who don’t have
cellphones. Furthermore, to fully understand the side of the learners, I gave time to conduct home visitation in order to monitor
the learner’s progress and to know their individual needs as learners.
Annotation The above images show two of my Weekly Home Learning Plan. One is for First quarter and other is for Second Quarter. The
adjustment I made is the Subject. On my first WHLP, I made it per subject but on the second WHLP , all subjects are reflected.
In making WHLP, learners’ needs should be put in consideration because all of these are made not just to comply the mandate of
the department but of course to produce quality learners despite of this pandemic.
Annotation These are the outputs made by the learners in their performance as suggested in their Self
Learning Modules.
Annotation These are clips from my Lesson Plan in Filipino. It shows the different assessment given to the pupils. Before I
begin with the lesson, I conducted pre-assessment to determine what the learners know already and if they
are ready to learn new topic. During the lesson, activities are guided and it is conducted by group depending on
the capacity of the learners. At the end of the lesson, I made sure that I will be able to assess what the
learners learn through a quiz.
Annotation Above are from the SLM of the learners. These show the performance task to be done by the pupils.
Performance task should encourage learner inquiry, integration of knowledge, understanding, and skills in
various contexts beyond the assessment period. To rate this, a rubric is presented
Annotation Above are Summative tests that I made/modified. These are crafted to identify learner achievement – if they
really learned through their modules.
Annotation Since internet connection is limited in our place and not all pupils have access to android phones, our school
adapted the MDL- in which teachers print modules that will be provided to the learners weekly.
Annotation With this new normal, we, the faculty of Sisimon ES never stop our communication even though
some of us are work from home and some are reporting at school. We conducted virtual LAC
sessions, attended division LAC and even watch DepEd Live Streaming together following the
standard health protocols.
Annotation In this new normal, even an ordinary teacher like me is given the opportunity to receive Certificate of Participation from National
Training. I had religiously attended the 40-hour INSET conducted on March 15-19 and had given certificates. Through attending
webinars, I have gained more knowledge that is very useful in the changes that we are facing now. With this, I am confident that
I am still able to deliver quality education to my learners.
