REFLECTIONS
School year 2020-2021 will be remembered as a
year of challenges, this is the time where everyone’s goal
was really affected. Educators undergo rampant trainings,
and webinars to overcome the hardships brought off by
this pandemic, to continuously deliver the quality
education needed by the learners.

I, as a teacher, personally complied to the demands

of the pandemic education in order to improve my
practices. I have patiently attended several webinars to
enhance my abilities and capabilities in handling classes
during this time.

Through the LDM course, my core values of

competence, compassion, commitment, confidence and
conscience to render quality service was being enhanced
and developed. Although it is hard to overcome those
challenges, I do my very best to assure that I will deliver
quality education. In short, this course was an avenue to
learn more things, to ripen my emotional and professional
quotient, and to make myself a worthy channel of
knowledge and wisdom.

This highlights the demonstration of my

progress in the implementation of the LDM
and the information on the relevant strand/s
in which the artifacts contributed to.
