LDM Course made teachers and school
leaders improved the readiness and preparedness
of learning delivery modalities in response to
COVID- 19 pandemic. Basically, as teacher I find
it very challenging on how I could deliver
learnings to our students in this new normal
situation. But DepEd has initiated an urgent
action as response to the on going pandemic
problem. And the LDM course was implemented.
The collection of artifacts reflects what I
did and what I achieved after completing the
course. It helped to be prepared for this distance
learning in this new normal. This LDM course
made me realize that as a teacher I need to adapt
to the new system of learning delivery to address
the learners needs and developed my
Intrapersonal and Interpersonal skills. Despite of
the challenges that I have encountered, I am very
much grateful to DepEd for the opportunity and
chance to attend to this kind of course. It served
as my weapon to do my job confidently and
efficiently.

I Created a group chat for my advisory class for announcement and updates. It’s also
an avenue in answering parents/ students queries. Photos taken was during the
ANNOTATION retrievals and distribution of modules, Clean Up Drive with Parents and Teachers.
