Reflective Summary

7.4 - Professional reflection and learning to improve

practice

Do you feel that this collection of work really reflects your abilities and what you
have achieved this year through the LDM course? Why or why not?

We have faced a lot of advertisement since the Covid-19 Pandemic arise. To

elevate the quality of education, we’ve done so much by first improving ourselves.

Learning Modality Course made me realize how important my efforts in attaining

the desired learning goals in this new normal. It is very challenging to document all

the activities we’ve done because sometimes it slipped our minds to capture all the

things we do. I am happy with all the achievements I’ve made, especially in the

significant improvement of my learners. But this will not stop me from improving

my skills in teaching so I can face all the challenges I’m about to meet, and

eventually, I can make all my learners move to the next level equipped with the

necessary skills they needed.

Based on my reflection, it only shows that I have a meaningful experience during the
implementation of LDM 2. It also manifests my commitment to enhancing my teaching
skills and improving my strengths and weaknesses to give my learners the quality education
they deserve.
MOVs on engaging learners for their progress and 6
achievement

5.2 - Monitoring and evaluation of learner progress and

achievement
5.3 - Feedback to improve learning

I maintain constant communication to monitor the learning progress of my learners to

provide immediate feedback to assist the needs of my learners. We also have a group chat
where they can post or ask question about their queries and to easily monitor the learner’s
progress. Through this I was able to provide the intervention needed by my learners.

Distribution and retrieval of module at Nampalcan-Molina Elementary School. We also

have parent orientation during our card day and before the classes start with strictly imposing
the health protocol. We use a virtual platform to communicate to our parents which much
applicable during this time.
