PROFESSIONAL 3.1 - Learners’ gender, needs,
STANDARD strengths, interests and
STRAND: experiences

ANNOTATIONS: quarter.TheHelearner is making significant progress for second

showed eagerness in participating and submitting the
activities. However, due to the new normal set up of learning, he
needs to remind most of the time and must extend the deadline of
submission. Continue with the learning and still monitor the
learning status of the learner.
For the next quarter, the learner has reached mastery of
competencies and showed progress. He submitted all the
necessary activities and documents punctually and efficiently.
However, it is still necessary to monitor continuously the learner
to maintain her learning status.
As a teacher, with this individual Learning Monitoring
Plan helped me to monitor my student individually. I was able to
check their progression in doing the necessary learning activities.
It is also effective way to remind our students about the things
they need to accomplish. Modified the other learning activities
according to the needs of the learners as I considered their
individual conditions and other encountered difficulties.
