ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT STUDY

INTRODUCTION
Restaurant management mixes everyday operations with long-term growth by focusing
on the bottom line. Restaurant managers may be in charge of managing labor and food
costs, inventory management, restaurant marketing, and even POS problems

Because the restaurant industry is constantly changing, a great restaurant manager must
be able to multitask on a daily basis. Many restaurants today focus not only on the eating
experience but also on determining what their employees require.

Restaurant management entails much more than simply overseeing day-to-day


operations. While the finer points should never be disregarded, it's equally critical to keep
an eye on the big picture. A restaurant owner and his or her management team must
understand how to balance all parts of the business. Overlooking even one critical area
could lead to more serious issues in the future.

The way a restaurant is run can have a big impact.

emphasize what Restaurants can give to the people. Those colors also chosen to have a
very aesthetically outcome to catch young people's heart. The fonts chosen for the
Restaurant's name is really fitted to the Restaurant's theme, it will help people to know
what the restaurant really was. The food putted on the logo is one of the restaurant's
proudly promoted food it will be the highest and best selling food from the restaurant.
The "Mexican food" putted on the logo will also help people and the consumers to identify
what is the difference of our Restaurant's to others, that our restaurant not only offering
some king of food but it also offers a culture from different country and you'll experience
it just by eating in The Tasty Quesadilla

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
The way activities like task distribution, coordination, and supervision are oriented
toward the attainment of organizational goals is defined by an organizational structure.
The structure of an organization influences its actions and serves as the framework for
standard operating procedures and routines. The flow of information between levels
inside the corporation is also determined by the organizational structure. In a centralized
structure, for example, decisions are made from the top down, but in a decentralized
structure, decision-making power is distributed throughout the organization. Companies
can stay efficient and focused if they have an organizational structure in place.
A successful organizational structure defines each employee's job and how it fits within
the overall system. A centralized structure has a defined chain of command, whereas
decentralized structures provide almost every employee with a high level of personal
agency.

Labor Requirements:
Preparing restaurant tables with a focus on sanitation and order attend to clients as they
enter the restaurant. Presenting menus, serving, and assisting customers in making food
and beverage selections

We need an experienced Restaurant Server to take and deliver orders. You'll be our
restaurant's public face, and you'll be in charge of our patrons' experiences.

When visitors arrive, food servers are responsible for making sure our tables are clean
and neat, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages. You must be quick on your
feet (both literally and metaphorically), as well as courteous and kind. We'd like to meet
you if you enjoy talking to people and flourish in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

● Take customer orders at the counter

● Appeal to impatient or irritated customers, especially during rush hours
● Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations

Job Description:

● Cooks guests' orders according to their preferences

knives and high-temperature surfaces
● Selects choice ingredients that will give dishes the best flavor
● Experiments to come up with new specialties that will draw diners into the
restaurant
● Coaches the sous chef and other members of the kitchen staff, so they

● Determines how much food to order and maintains an appropriate supply

Job Description:

● Greeting and seating customers


● Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the
ordering system
● Making menu item recommendations
● Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff
● Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is high
quality
● Providing attentive service to diners, like refilling drinks as needed and
checking their needs during meals
● Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to
management if and when necessary
● Performing some cleaning duties, such as at the service station, around the
kitchen and in the dining area

Dishwasher

● Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
● Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
● Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
● Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
● Empty trash containers regularly
● Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as
needed
● Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
● Clean food prep stations and equipment

Qualifications:

● Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card
● Must be able to stand continuously throughout an 8 hour shift

CAPITALIZATION

The Owner of the quesadilla's shop, "The Tasty Quesadilla", Ms. Roshell Alvarado, is
planning to spend 3M of her own money, and also plans to borrow 1M, amount of money
to China Bank to get a beginning capital for her own Mexican food business. She plans to
use the money she owns in buying the ingredients of the foods she will be going to sell. If
there is excess money, Ms. Roshell plans to add it to the money she borrowed from the
bank and make it buy all the business necessities, like cookie tools, shop furniture, and
designs. And the remaining of all that money will be going to use in the first utility
expenses, and also to the operating expenses of the business. And is expected to make the
money cover the business for the first few months.

customer’s safety, and to ensure you we serve supply of high-quality products, to be able
to please our customers. We committed to protect the food safety of all the product, to
certify that the hygiene is a one of the top priorities. Manufacture and deliver products
that meet the highest quality and food safety standards meet all statutory and regulatory
requirements for quality and good safety, including mutually agreed customer
requirements related to quality and food safety. The right quality and safe products will
be delivered to our customer’s the TASTY QUESADILLA MEXICAN FOOD storages
will be maintained at proper storage temperatures and hygienic conditions avoiding any
sort of contamination to the products. The TASTY QUESADILLA MEXICAN FOOD
will be only from our approved supplier’s, with a guarantee that it will be free of
pathogenic bacteria and pesticides, TASTY QUESADILLA MEXICAN FOOD will be
delivered to our customer’s in temperature controlled vehicles and high level of hygiene
standards for transporting vehicles high standards of personnel hygiene will be
maintained by our staffs in the store and good hygienic and good handling practices will
be practiced and continuously monitor. Adequate level of hygiene and food safety training
is delivered to the staffs to practices good hygiene practices and Food Safety, Quality
Policies.

The management of TASTY QUESADILLA MEXICAN FOOD is highly committed to

all staffs in the Tasty Quesadilla.
The tasty Quesadilla's Mexican Food will ensure first the safety of the foods and services
