As a subject teacher, I visit my students house for they were not able to
pass their module for a month. As I talked with their parents, We come
up with an agreement that they will submit an output to cope up with
ANNOTATION the modules that they miss and they will sign the logbook as a proof
that they submitted and comply the outputs. Parents also should sign
their outputs as proof that they motivate their children in continuing the
modular class .Fortunately, they were able to catch up the lessons.

ANNOTATION In my assignment and performance tasks part, I see to it that the
direction given was clear and easily to understand with. I sent messages to the
parents to make sure they will reinforce their children on what was being
taught.
