: Regular communication and monitoring with parents or guardians were also done with giving follow ups and updates to
what the learners submitted and not. It is very hard for me and to all teachers to monitor the learners progress. The
teachers needed to make necessary adjustment in the learning task in order to meet every learner need. With the help of
Individual Learning Monitoring Plan, I am guided to what I need to do to provide something to my learners needs and
progress. I have added some learning interventions such as more basic activity sheets, worksheets and some instructional
materials that will improve and develop the skills needed by my learners.

: Because of the Covid-19 Pandemic, we are not having face to face modality. We adapt
modular distance learning modality where in parents and guardians are responsible to receive
and retrieve modules and learning activities. With the help of Weekly Home Learning Plan or
WHLP, learners and parents know the flow of the lessons in every subject every day.

given to them and also it is graded according to the rubrics of every outputs and
task.

:The teacher created a group chat of her advising class. In that group chat, she can copy link of some video lessons online that can be watch by her
learners. They can use it when they feel difficult understanding the lessons in the modules. The teacher also used ICT in making learning/ teaching
resources like powerpoint for the learners. They can also ask questions to the teacher about the lesson or just want to ask some advices.
Using ICT in teaching and learning resources is a good help in to engage learners in learning while at home, they will also feel interesting about
the lessons.

:The teacher joined and participated in the different workshops and webinars that are needed to
develop and improve her skills and professional growth as a teacher and individual. Joining and
participating different webinars are not just only to get certificates but also to get knowledge and
develop all the aspects of being a teacher. The webinars that is all about integrating the ICT in
teaching are one of the workshops that helps the teacher in preparing instructional materials that
will be helpful and interesting to the learners.

:The teacher keeps monitoring her learners’ modules. She
checked it weekly and always check if the learners are doing
their task, accomplish the task in the modules. Monitoring
learning progress weekly is a good practice that will help
teachers to easily evaluate if the learners accomplished their

: Learning is starts at home, Parents are the first teachers of the learners at home, so
parents’ involvement in learners learning is a very necessary factor that affects learners
progress. Parents participation is necessary especially today, we are facing pandemic
covid-19. Parents are the ones who are responsible of getting and retrieving modules in
school because learners are not required to go out to receive their modules. Also parents
are involve in learners progress by teaching and guiding them in their respective homes.
