2) Please write Student's Name, Std, Div, GR no.& contact number on the reverse of the cheque.
3) The "School copy" has to be filled and attached to the cheque. Without the "School copy" cheque will NOT be considered.
4) Please ensure that the Cheque does not return unpaid for any reasons to avoid Cheque Return Charges of Rs.200/-.
5) Please note, these exam/s are Voluntary & Not Compulsory.
