This school year 2020-2021 brought a lot of changes.
One of the major changes in the country is the new
set-up in education. For this, DepEd introduced the
LDM Course. This course provides knowledge to
deliver education to learners in this new normal 01
setting by using Self-Learning Modules.

Teachers reached this far and were able to cope up


with the challenges and demands they are facing in
this distance learning situation because of the learning 02
they gained in LDM Course.

This Practicum Portfolio contains MOV’s that we


have used in this school year in delivering our lessons
despite of this pandemic. It contains various artifacts

like WHLP, ILMP, Worksheets, LAS, certificates and
even the conversation made with the parents and
learners.

The learner did not answer well the activities suggested from the lesson and not answering my
messages. He missed some of the activities and had difficulty coping with the lessons. I decided
to conduct home visitation and discuss this matter in order to help the students make
significant progress. 05

ANNOTATION:
I utilized different instructional materials such as video lessons, PowerPoint presentation, and
differentiated activity sheets. It helps them fully understand the topics because of the simplified 05
explanation I am giving them.

One of the things I have to consider in preparing my lesson is the individual differences of the
learners. I used different assessments and instructions to them that are suited to them. I always
make sure that my lessons are MELC based.

The collection of artifacts reflects what I did and what I have achieved after

completing the LDM2 Course for Teachers. The artifacts could tell what I have
gained and learned from the course and what I have discovered from myself. It
made me realize that as teacher/educator I need to adopt to the new system of
learning delivery to address the learners needs. It also honed a lot of skills that I

have now. Both of my intrapersonal and interpersonal skills were also developed.
Despite the challenges I have encountered everyday, I am very much grateful to
DepEd for the opportunity and chance to attend to this kind of course. It served as
my weapon to perform my job confidently and efficiently. Finally, I am proud to

say that I have delivered a quality instruction to my learners.

ANNOTATION: LDM2 Course for Teachers improved the readiness and preparedness of learning
delivery modalities in response to COVID 19 pandemic. This made me stronger on how to deal with
the challenges that arise in daily undertakings. 10

ANNOTATION:
To monitor my students progress and activities, aside from my grading sheets, I conduct home
visitation to the student and talk to the parent to update on their children’s performance. 10
Reminding them always in our group chat is also a big help.

ANNOTATION:
Our school communicated with the local government, stakeholders, and parents to seek support in
providing and continuing the service of quality education to the learners. I also work in partnership 15
with the parents of my students to be able to assist them in their learning development.
