the educational programs, projects and activities (PPAs), as well as
to review the performance of teachers and school staff in order to
address concerns through collaborative effort. The last-three days
was devoted for the conduct of the school-based In-Service

The third day of our Blended In-Service Training proper

the National anthem through a video presentation. We were also
energized by a simple entertaining exercise to maintain a healthy
body and active mind.
A heart-warming welcome was given to the first speaker Mrs.

Suggested measure to Foster academic ease” and “Integrative
performance tasks and assessment.” She recognizes the value of
flexibility where learners have choices as how they learn through
multiple type of learnings and promote academic ease to address
challenges specially during this time of pandemic. After discussing
the topic, we were instructed to write our output and choose the
performance tasks integrating other subjects in the given task

“In this time of pandemic, teachers and learners interact with technology so integrating the tools
can help make the teaching-learning process much easier. As a teacher we need to adopt the
most effective way to deliver the lessons in our students. In this training/seminar, I have learned
the synchronous and asynchronous teaching. In asynchronous teaching, we need to provide
learners with an agenda, set expectations and communicate it with learners, invited them to
generate their own discussion points, have a short session but recorded and have a weekly
feedback for effective delivery. On the other hand, an asynchronous teaching is flexible, easy
scalable and cost effective. In this teaching, learners can read and review their materials/lessons
as much as they need to, completing them based on their understanding rather than on when
class times but feedback is important in this teaching. Also, as a teacher we need to be expert in
all different applications to assessed and delivered our lessons.”
