SIR/MA’AM
Greetings!
“It takes a village to raise a child” This line was excerpt from the book of Principles of Teaching that connotes
varied meaning and interpretation. We are the locoparentis of these young learners and they depend on us to
provide them with the quality of education they deserve as they face the new society they are living in. Due to
the pandemic, everything has changed. More so, in the forthcoming face-to-face classes, we have to make lot of
adjustments. Hence, our school should be ready and prepared for this endeavor. We need to beef-up the
facilities of the school, however with your boundless support, We would be able to translate this into a noble
project which is the creation and establishment of “COVERED WALK” from the easter part of the school
where Kindergarten, Computer and Grade 6 Rooms are located going to the covered court and I think it is very
timely and relevant to our school especially during raining season. As they say, we are doing this, Para sa bata,
Para sa Bayan!
In this regard, Salomague Elementary School would like to ask your kindness and generosity in this endeavor
whether monetary or in kind in the preparation for the forthcoming face-to-face classes. Whatever amount you
share could make a macro effect in the improvement of our school and for the welfare of every learner.
We hope and fervently pray that this undertaking could be beneficial to everyone especially to the learners-the
center of the educative process.
Thank You and God bless!

Very truly yours,
