D. General Comments and Issues Encountered


Area of Concern General Comment/s and Issues Encountered, if any
Program Delivery
1. Trainers / Facilitators There is mastery of topics from the speakers.
2. Participants The participants were eager, dynamic and were motivated
to learn daily.
3. Content of Program The Learning is timely since we are still in the period of
adjustment in the new normal process of education.
4. Delivery Strategies Topics were delivered live but there are some delays
because of the weak signal caused by the rainy weather.
5. Training Materials Laptops, cellphones, modem are used.
Program Management
Prior to Delivery 1. Proposed the L and D.
2. Identifying Key Team and TWGs.
3. Prepare necessary materials.
4. Dry run
5. IATF protocols to follow during face-to-face sessions
During the Training Proper 1. There is a big shift from face-to-face to virtual sessions.
2. Difficulty in entering to the link for the google meet
caused by the rainy condition, making the internet
connectivity weak.
3. Learning went well smoothly as the participants
acquired knowledge and skills regarding google
classrooms and google forms.
Other Issues Encountered, if any
1. The shifting on virtual sessions made big adjustment among the teachers which resulted
to start the session not on time.
2. Some teacher have no laptops so virtual meetings were done in two teachers is to one
laptop ratio.
