ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT (CI) PROJECT
S.Y. 2021-2022

Continuous improvement is a critical dimension of all major quality frameworks

and methodologies. Organizations dedicated to continuous improvement recognize the
importance of these actions for strengthening the quality of a product, improving
customer satisfaction, and for improving efficiency, productivity and
profits. Implementing the program is a tacit acknowledgment that, even though the
company's operations will never reach perfection, they can always be better than they
were yesterday.

With its mandate the CI team of Magallanes National High School has created a
project LEARN which stands for Lifelong Education and Academic Resource Network.
With its Team BITUAG – Bearers of Improvement Towards Unified Achievable Goal. Its
projects started last SY 2017-2018. All of the success goes to the stakeholders,
especially our dear learners. Even in the pandemic days the project seized to establish
its purpose by having an access using our website

resource center as an avenue for their questions and solutions to the modular task
given for their students. The Division Team CI also has a part in guiding us to our
projects. They created a virtual “Kumustahan Meeting” via MS Team last and gathering
all of the projects status and success.

During pandemic, the challenges we had with our team is the lack of reading
center and lack of fund for its development. It was proposed to be build and located
near at the learning resource center / library. Fortunately, the Brigada Pagbasa was
also utilized as a venue for readers and learners during and after brigada eskwela, even
if we lack the reading center due to funding and diversion of school fund towards the
most important event which is the opening of school limited face to face class, mask,
alcohol to fight against COVID-19, school water system, and washing area.
