NARRATIVE REPORT ON SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN (SIP) REVIEW

Pursuant to RA 9155 and in consonance with DO No. 44, s. 2015, the school head spearheaded
the SIP review with the School-Community Planning Team (SPT) on November 22, 2021, to assess the
identified Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) as to their accomplishment and relevance
(continuous improvement) for the next school years.

A. PRE-IMPLEMENTATION

The School Head as the SPT Chairperson / Leader together with the Administrative
Assistant (ADAS) II made a preliminary review of the PPAs as identified in the (about to expire)
SIP. He was able to come up with a short-list of the PPAs that fell into the following categories:
(a) PPAs that were already completed; (b) PPAs that were already completed but eligible for
continuous improvement (CI); (c) PPAs that are currently implemented but not yet completed; (d)
PPAs that were not implemented but relevant for the next school years; (e) PPAs that were not
implemented and no longer needed.

B. IMPLEMENTATION

Upon the preliminary review and categorization (as mentioned above) of the PPAs by the
School Head with the assistance of the ADAS II, the SIP Review with SPT has took place.

During the review, the School Head presented the short-list of PPAs that fell on the
categories which were identified above. Through brainstorming, there was an addition and
omission of PPAs in the short-list. The process of addition and omission of the PPAs in the short-
list was supported with school-based data and the demand of time, especially demands of learning
continuity under COVID-19 pandemic.

B.1 Budget Requirements :

a. Snacks : 20 pax @ P25.00/pax = P500.00
b. Supplies : Bond paper, ink, etc. = P500.00

C. ACCOMPLISHMENT

After thorough focus group discussion and brainstorming, the short-list of PPAs
identified in the current and about to expire SIP has been carefully screened and validated. The
said PPAs were deemed to be relevant and impactful for the student’s learning development for
next three school years. Consequently, the same PPAs will be carried over during the crafting of
SIP for SY 2021-2022, SY 2022-2023, and SY 2023-2024.
