ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON STAKEHOLDERS

CONVERGENCE FOR S.Y. 2020-2021
October 5, 2020

School and community partnership plays a vital role in the success and
accomplishment of every school. Stakeholders brought different perspectives and
experiences which are useful for strengthening the school management system and
formulating appropriate policies. They work collaboratively for the maximum benefit
of students’ learning and school development.

CABANGCALAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL conducted the Stakeholders

Convergence in order to strengthen school partnership from different organizations.
It was attended by ten (10) organizations namely: GPTA, HRPTA, SGC, Barangay
Officials, Barangay Health Worker, Sangguniang Kabataan, SPG, Yes-O, 4Ps and
Religious Organization.

During the said activity, the team have crafted school policies and agreed to
support in all school activities. With the positive response and full cooperation from
internal and external stakeholders the school and the above-mentioned
organizations came up to the Memorandum of Agreement and Memorandum of
Understanding.

The activity was conducted successfully and was supported by all

stakeholders.
