Aims of SPTA
1. To enhance the education and wellbeing of the pupils of the school providing of
supporting provision of facilities and resources.
2. To promote positive close co-operation and communication between parents and
school staff.
3. To provide activities and events to support and enhance school provision.
4. To consider suggestions from staff, parents and children as to how funds should
be spent and authorize expenditure.

PRESIDENT Shall set the agenda of HERMENEGILDO A.

Committee meetings
and circulate this to
members. He/She shall
preside at GPTA
meetings and also act
as the principle liaison
between GPTA and the
administration of the
school.
VICE- Shall act for the MARCIAL A. ABBAS
PRESIDENT President in his/her
absence from any
GPTA Committee
meeting.
SECRETARIES Shall record minutes of
all the GPTA meetings JANEL P. PINEDA
and distribute these to
members. He/She shall
also handle all ANNA LISSA C. RACHO
correspondence of the
GPTA and shall
maintain a record of the MARY OLIVE J. SANTOS
meetings and
correspondence. All
minutes will be shared
for comment within the
committee before
distribution to the
parent body as per
usual.
TREASURER Shall handle all money
and keep records of all CORAZON D. PANES
incoming and outgoing
funds. He/She shall
report all receipts and
disbursements and
present, upon request
either by the GPTA or
by the School Head,
itemized statements of
the accounts.
AUDITOR Shall verify the GPTA
funds collected and LEA S. HUMAWAN
spent as approved by
the members.
BUSINESS Responsible for
MANAGERS ensuring the GPTA’s ARLYN L. POLICARPIO
finances are well
managed and that all DARWIN B. DAYAWON
spending is appropriate

PUBLIC Shall provide
INFORMATION information to the ELMER P. ARBOLENTE
