Part I. The meeting was called for the review and

revision of SIP.
Preliminaries
Opening Program This was done with the observance of safety
health protocols due to pandemic.

The meeting started at 9:00 o/clock in the

morning chaired by mr. Bienvenido E. Perang,
Principal I.

A short prayer was led by Mrs. Aubrey T.

Lapuz, Teacher Representative.

Part II. Mrs. Menerba A. Marcos checked the

attendance of the teachers and stakeholders

wherein all are present.

2. Call to Order The principal, Sir Bienvenido E. Perang called

the meeting into order at exactly 9:15 in the
morning.

3.1 Understanding The principal discussed what is SIP and how it

3.2 Preliminary Steps

in SIP Preparation
The principal presented the school profile and
solicited from the participants their insights
regarding problems and concerns need to be
addressed in the SIP.

3.3 Forming the

The Principal initiated the formation of the
School Planning

3.4 SPT Orientation

and Preparation for The principal oriented the new set of
School Improvement members about their roles and
Planning responsibilities, they also determined the
school goals and objectives.

revised the identified projects for the school.

Because of pandemic some projects was

revised and sustained.

Evaluation Plan and The Principal and the members of the SPT
Structure developed the schools monitoring and
evaluation structure.
