Greeting of Peace!

San Vicente Elementary School is an institution that caters pupils from Kindergarten to
Grade 6. The school believes that to have a good citizen is to have good education. And to
have a good education means to have a comfortable and suitable areas for learning. But due
to lack of classroom and some of them were damaged, we find difficulty to encourage pupils
to go to school.

In line with this, we humbly request your good office for additional classroom/building for
the following reasons;
1. Due to increase in enrolment there is a need for additional classroom both
instructional and non-instructional.

2. Most of our school buildings are either for demolition or major repair and therefore
not safe for us to use. Because, for several years, we found out that some of our
classrooms might cause hazard to our pupils because they are not functional anymore.

3. We are still in need of at least 8 instructional rooms and 8 non-instructional rooms.

 If this request is granted, there is still available 1000 square meters area for additional
building and it is not only our school who will benefit but the whole community and
nearby barangay.
