HOW I ACQUIRE THE PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS FOR TEACHERS?

How do I get the professional standards of a teacher? First, I need to understand how students
learn and grow. I need to understand that students have different abilities and apply this understanding
to each student in the context of cognitive, language, social, emotional and physical abilities. I need to
respect student differences, focus on and use them to maximize their potential by emphasizing
individual strengths. I maintain and work with my family, colleagues and other professionals to take an
active responsibility for the growth and development of students as well as learn the difference.
Individual differences in student culture, language, and socio-economic status need to be understood
and incorporated into the classroom to create a comprehensive learning plan. I need to take advantage
of this understanding to coordinate the content and offering of lesson plans to encourage and
encourage diversity, especially for students with special needs and must respect their individual
differences and believe that we can help all students reach high levels, appreciate them and reach their
