MAKE A REFLECTION

1. When you become a professional teacher in the future, how can you enhance that
state of quality teachers in the Philippines?
Answer:
Quality teacher is being defined as the attributes and characteristics of a teacher that
should possess. Now as a future educator I would enhance the state of quality
teacher by first gearing and building up myself with the positive core values which is
be kind and always love. It also means to be a human first and learn how to connect
with others to build a smooth humane relationship. This is one way to build and bring
positive impact by instilling positive behavior that would lead an invisible bridge that
would influence others specifically the students. It would manifest and will always
reflect on their behavior of what and who you as a teacher and a person and that
always matter.

2. After studying the different domains and competencies of the PPST, which domain
do you find EASY to master? Why? Which domain seems to be difficult for you to
master? Why?
Answer:
I consider domain 1 Content Knowledge and Pedagogy as the easy one to master it
is because it is an extrinsic factors that can be learned through extensive practice. It
can be easily manifested through exercising the process. It is somewhat like an
existing recipe that is easy to do if you will just follow it step by step. On the other
hand the rest domains are what I considered to be so difficult to master as it involves
values formation. It never has a perfect recipe and cannot be thought by practice
because it exist from within and intrinsically occuring.
