1. IT IS STUDENT CENTERED – It is student centered because in this generation the teacher
was only the one who teach but not like before that they give us the answer as well and as a
student it helping us learn how to achieve our personal and educational goals. It is giving
enough room to fail and learn from our missteps. Helping us to develop our critical-thinking
and self-reflection skills.
2. IT IS FACULTY DRIVEN – It is faculty driven because as a future teacher as well you must
be a responsible and launched new effective way to get their attention and make them fun
and participate in class and make them to achieve their goal and
3. IT IS MEANINGFUL – It is meaningful because as a future teacher we must motivate and
encourage our student to achieve their goal and give them a piece of advice and tell them to
have fun while studying and as a future teacher you must be help them and provide credible
information to help student provide credible outcomes as well

 Institutional outcomes help to shape us our decision making and it also help us develop our
skills, knowledge, abilities and attitude, Program outcomes are the degree that we choose to
help us to be successful in life, Courses Program are the subjects that we taking under the
program we choose to develop our learning objectives and Learning/instructional/lesson
outcomes are the knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes that you are expected to develop
as a result of our overall experiences with any aspect of the college, including courses,
programs, and student services.
